Our clinic 101 information:

-Your FIRST APPOINTMENT will be an "INITIAL CONSULTATION" a 90minute session in duration.

- All appointments will be confirmed by SMS and email. If you do not provide your mobile number or email we cannot accept your online booking.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur 50% of the full fee.

- It is essential to postpone if experiencing cold/flu symptoms as a massage at this time may overwork your immune system.

- For relaxation/remedial massage coconut oil is used and may remain on your body and hair at the conclusion.

-You will always be sent a courtesy reminder text and email the day before your appointment.

Massage

Reflexology

  • A complete light, relaxing and soft, gentle massage. Long flowing strokes, you might even fall asleep.

  • Non-invasive treatment works on all the systems of the body. This technique connects to the whole body through the application of pressure on the hands, feet or ears. This is a non-invasive treatment.

  • Trying this technique can assist with other therapies to restore energy flow to release blockages in reflex points in the whole body. These blockages can be created from toxins in the body, life stresses, past injuries and emotions.

Reiki

Readings

  • Taviene with her innate connection to the other side, connects with those past and can be showed pictures, hears messages or feel deep emotions. She responds to questions and often provides clarification for you. Topics often of consist of life changes, reassurance, resolutions and future events.

  • Taviene invites those looking for answers and encourages sceptics to book a session to feel a connection to their futures or those past. All she asks you is to be truthful and ready to listen, receive & hear the messages.

  • An ancient Japanese healing modality which connects to misaligned energy to realign and balance your mind, body and spirit. This is a non-invasive treatment.

  • Reiki can assist with stress relief, pain and general imbalance of emotions. This therapy can be considered an alternative or complimentary service to your wellness journey. After a session you can often feel more peaceful, relaxed, settled or lighter. Remember everyone's experience is different, we recommend trialling at least 3 sessions.
