General

All Healing Hands Wellbeing Centre therapists are qualified and trained professional remedial and relaxation massage specialists. Healing Hands Wellbeing Centre provides only professional, health and wellbeing-focused massage. Adult services are not provided. Please address your massage therapist the way you would a physiotherapist, chiropractor or medical doctor. Healing Hands Wellbeing Centre reserves the right to change prices and services without notice.

Pricing

Initial Remedial Massage consultations are 60 minute massages with an additional consult which involves discussion of client medical history intake form and initial assessment within the 90 minutes allowed for the Initial consultation. Subsequent/regular Remedial Massage appointments can be booked for 30, 45, 60, 90 or 2hours.  30 or 45min appointments are only available to be booked for treatment focus on a specific injury after discussion with your therapist. There are no additional costs for myofascial cupping if used during appointments.

Bookings, Payments and Deposits

Bookings can be taken by phone, email or via the Healing Hands Wellbeing Centre online booking system.  An online booking system has been setup so you can pick a preferred time that suits you. Bookings can be made in advance up to 3 months. You will receive an email and sms notification of your booking date and time. All online bookings will require full payment at the time of the booking. Hicaps claims can be directly processed through the terminal on the day or a receipt can be emailed to you to make a claim directly with your health insurer. Payments can be made by either Cash, Eftpos, Card or the website. Healing Hands Wellbeing Centre does not offer an accounts service. Services and products supplied will be charged separately. Sessions are strictly by appointment only.

Cancellations

Any appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice prior to your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your appointment fee on your next appointment.  Repeated rescheduling/changes/cancellations may result in a full appointment fee as a non refundable deposit in order to secure your next appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will incur a 100% fee of the booked treatment. Unforeseen circumstances (eg: family tragedy, illness, accident etc) will be taken into account and cancellation charge will be reviewed by your Remedial Massage Therapist.

If you are running late

Please let us know by phone as soon as possible if you are running late to your scheduled appointment. Please note that due to scheduling constraints your therapist may still have to conclude your massage at the scheduled finish time. If you do not arrive within the first 15mins you will be called or sent a courtesy text asking when you arrival time may be. If you have not shown by 30mins you appointment will be automatically cancelled.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non refundable. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. No discounts apply when purchasing or redeeming vouchers (unless a special offer is available when purchasing a gift voucher). Gift vouchers are valid and do not expire for 3 years.

Personal Conduct

Healing Hands WellBeing Centre reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment and ask you to leave the premises immediately if there is any harassment either physical, sexual or verbal or if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This could result in a police report being filed if the charges are of a serious nature. In this instance full payment is still required and no refund will be given.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

If you accept Healing Hands WellBeing Centre’s offer to provide services to you, you will be regarded as having entered into an agreement with Healing Hands WellBeing Centre. This means you will be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. Healing Hands WellBeing Centre reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and will provide reasonable notice to the client.
